A rose spray and floral sprigs surrounded by a festooned border.
This pattern is one of the very last blue & white floral paintings to have originated at the Worcester works. And has been described as VERY RARE in “Worcester Blue & White Porcelain by Branyan, French & Sandon.
Size: Saucer 11.5cms diameter, Tea bowl 7.1cms wide/ 4.2cms high
Condition: Overall good condition. Tea bowl has a couple of tiny fleabites on foot rim, the rose slightly blurred. Saucer has a tiny fleabite on rim (feels like a stilt mark) and a couple of small flat chips on the inside rim of the foot and missed glaze in centre of foot.
Underside: Unmarked
